  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics using tools
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media ad campaigns, including setting up targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and present reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement to clients and internal teams.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness and foster positive relationships.
